Chelsea Berkhout, MSW, LCSW
Senior Consultant
Chelsea is a Senior Consultant at TriWest with experience in health care advocacy, health insurance policy, and integrated care team management. She enjoys supporting the unique goals of community-based organizations and fostering community partnerships.
Prior to joining TriWest, Chelsea led grassroots organizing efforts to pass Medicaid expansion and to end surprise medical billing. She has also served as a grants manager and has led care coordination teams for people living with HIV.
Outside of her work at TriWest, Chelsea enjoys talking about whatever book she is currently reading with anyone who will listen. She is usually trying out a new skill, most recently parenting and old-home repair.
Chelsea earned a master’s degree in social work and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
