As a Consultant at TriWest, Keelin serves as a project manager and qualitative data analyst for projects relating to health and human services. She is particularly interested in assisting with the development of programs and public policies that aid minority groups across the country.
Prior to joining TriWest, Keelin worked on a COVID-19 response team as a data analyst. Additionally, she worked as a teacher’s assistant and researcher. Her research predominantly focused on the impact of gender in political races, as well as within the executive branch and state legislatures.
Keelin and her husband live in Denver with their two dogs and can often be found hiking in the mountains of Colorado.
Keelin earned a master’s degree in public administration.
